What Is Human Thought?
C.S Lewis separates human thought into three distinct levels.
1. Will – This is the first primary level where everything is real. These thoughts influence your daily activities and are on the subconscious level.
2. Intellect – Thoughts on this level are on the conscious level. These thoughts may not influence your daily activities but you are AWARE of them and have the ability to decide to act upon these thoughts.
3. Fantasy – This last final level of thought are thoughts in your imagination. Thoughts on this level are random and often capture what you dream or aspire to become. The more you focus on these thoughts, the closer you become to achieving them. 1
What Is Human Energy?
Ben Willemsen, the teacher of human energy and spirit defines HUMAN energy to “encompass both the energies associated with our physical body, as well as those energies that accompany the soul.” I tried wording the rest of this different but Ben Willemsen explains it extremely well. “The former includes the energies surrounding each and every organ of the physical body, the energy running through and around the spine, and the energies produced by the brain, in other words, mind energies. The soul – our life force, creates an energy flow that moves through and around the body as a whole, vitalizing the energy envelopes surrounding the organs. I call this flow the flowing aura. The life force creates our desire to live and learn and, mediated by the flowing aura, stimulates the brain to produce mind. The life force is also the building material for the “I am” or pure ego. It is the quality of all those energies that is ultimately responsible for the body’s ability or inability to heal.” 2
How Much ENERGY Do You Spend Each Day Worrying About Experiences, Fears, Phobias, Or Recurring Issues?
Do you realize how much energy humans waste each day on negative situations? Think about all the ENERGY it takes to worry about a situation, person, etc… Did you know it actually takes more energy to be angry or upset with someone that it does to be happy? Cherie Carter-Scott says it best, “Anger makes you smaller, while forgiveness forces you to grow beyond what you were.”
Society instills FEAR in the human simply because they want control. Every time you trouble yourself over a situation, you exhaust PRECIOUS energy on a vicious circle of negativity. You must change the way you think about situations. For instance, the individual with little money can travel around and if ALL he talks about is a LACK of money, we’ll guess what? He’s sure to have a LACK of money because that’s where his THOUGHT goes. Consequently, his energy FLOWS to the idea of not having any money. Therefore, he NEVER has any money.
What’s The Solution To This Challenge I Face In My Life?
The answer is to permanently release emotional attachments to experiences, fears, phobias, or recurring issues. This technique is referred to as flip switching.
How Will I Release This Attachment?
First: Write down thirty things you love about yourself. Do it right now. These ideas are going to be affirmations that you love about yourself.
Second, “Now, every time any type of emotion arises in your mind in regards to your issue, replace the thought with your affirmation of the day form the list of thirty things you love about yourself. At the end of the thirty days, you will be emotionally released” 3
Day One: Every time you have an emotion attached to your situation, just replace it with your affirmation such as “I love my teeth!” You may say this to yourself 100 times throughout the day. It doesn’t matter, just keep saying it!
Day Two Through Day Thirty: Perform the same exercise with the next declaration you love about yourself. Continue this exercise for thirty days, replacing the other things you love about yourself each day. Most people will forget the thirty things and just focus on the ONE thing they absolutely love about themselves. This works for some, but it is HIGHLY recommended you have a list of thirty distinct features you absolutely ADORE about yourself.
Overall, You Have The Power To Do This! Take Action Now!
